Van’s Aircraft RV-14A

The RV-14A is a single engine, two-seat, side-by-side, tricycle gear equipped, aerobatic-capable aircraft that was first introduced in July 2012. The RV-14's mission profile is intended to fill nearly all sport flying needs: excellent flying qualities, high cruise speeds, the capability to perform sport aerobatics, modest stall speed, outstanding visibility, easy assembly for the homebuilder, and economical to own and operate.

N89ZZ

N89ZZ was built to the highest standards, with one guiding design principle - to maximize crew safety without compromising performance. From a top-of- the-line Lycoming engine to top shelf aftermarket fuel and brake lines, no expense was spared. Redundant alternators and Earth-X batteries feed separate power buses. Dual 10” G3X Touch EFIS screens, and a back-up G5 EFIS provide redundant instrumentation. A Garmin GNX375 WAAS GPS provides ILS and RNAV approach guidance while a glareshield mounted Garmin GI260 provides Angle of Attack information.
