MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTION
ANNUAL / 100 HOUR INSPECTION
Annual 100hr Inspection services are performed in accordance with the requirements of 14CFR Part43. The Annual / 100 hr Inspection includes the physical inspection and the following maintenance actions, commonly associated with the inspection.
· Oil Change, Oil Filter replacement, Oil Strainer check and renewal or replacement of associated seal(s)
· Air Filter replacement, Spark Plug Cleaning, gapping, Fuel Injector cleaning (ultrasonic)
· Airframe lubrication, wheel bearing re-pack, grease fittings, etc.
The Annual / 100 hr. Inspection results in a determination of airworthiness. Deficiencies noted during the inspection are presented to the Aircraft owner in writing (Inspection Report). Deficiencies which effect airworthiness (as determined by applicable inspection standards, AD’s or the judgement of the AP IA), require correction before the aircraft is returned to service. Non-airworthiness related deficiencies may be deferred at the discretion of the Aircraft Owner. In this case, the Aircraft Owner is required to acknowledge his approval for deferral on the Inspection Report.
The flat rate for Annual / 100 hr. Inspection includes the maintenance described above and inspection only. Repair work for airworthiness related defects is performed at the shop labor rate, (less 10%) plus parts and material cost.
Aircraft Owners refusing repair of airworthiness related defects may opt to pay the inspection flat rate fee and receive an aircraft logbook entry stating that an Annual / 100 hr. inspection was performed and the following defects, which require correction, were noted. In accordance with FAR, any FAA qualified AP may correct the noted defects and return the aircraft to service. Logbooks must be presented with all aircraft prior to the start of the Annual / 100 hr. inspection.

RENTAL CAR COORDINATION
N27 has courtesy a vehicle, but it is no substitute for a rental car. Aerosavant can coordinate your Hertz Rental Car (Wysox Office) pickup and drop off so that the vehicle is waiting at your arrival. You book directly through Hertz; we have your car waiting and make the return.
FIXED FEE for delivery and drop off service $30.00 per rental.

AIRCRAFT CLEANING
Exterior and Interior Cleaning performed by AP. All products used are aircraft finish, glazing and surface friendly. Boot wax requires aircraft owner supplied product or we procure the product you specify. Degreasing available with emulsion cleaner.
CLEANING RATE $50.00 per hour plus materials
