BEFORE AND AFTER

It was a level 6 tornado that came to us August 18 2005. It demolished my concrete block hangar and my Cessna 180. The hangar sits about 100 yds. east of our house. The steel hangar door that weighed over 2000 lbs. ended up straight north of our house wrapped around a large oak tree. We lost the hangar, aircraft, barn, tobacco shed, garage, part of our house, and 100-year-old 2.5 acre woods. Fortunately we came out without losing our lives.
