C-145 engine upgrade with 250 hours since major overhaul, modern composite cowling, new carburetor, fuel pump and magneto in 2023. Approximately $40k spent over the last few years on replacing engine accessories, cleaning up/modernizing some avionics, replacing the interior and adding AmSafe airbag seat belts for comfort and safety.
