It is original to a 2016 BE58 bought from the factory by the current owner and kept in pristine condition in an enclosed hangar. It was damaged by airport personnel and repaired by Textron service technicians. The metal was straightened, new rivets were installed, and it was eddy current tested for cracks before being repainted matterhorn white. The aileron was returned to service and deemed airworthy by Textron technicians and tagged per 81.30. It is crated and ready to ship in a controlled climate environment.
