Up
above, we said that ease of entrance and exit (kinda like your car) was one of
the primary goals for Phoenix. Well, this picture shows how we do it. Imagine
that you’re walking up to the airplane. You hit your remote,
the airplane kneels and the doors open. You get in and hit the remote again.
The airplane un-kneels, the doors close and the computer says “Good morning,
Hubert, where would you like to go today?” Yup, it’s possible, folks,
and that’s where we’re going.
To get the prototype built and flight tested,
we still need $130,000 more and that’s why we’re running
this ad. We need “A Few MORE Good Men. We’d prefer hearing from airplane
people. If you’re an airplane person, (not too faint hearted) and you think
you’d like to be involved in something like this, please drop us an e-mail
at bstahl@piranha.com or phoenix68@mweb.co.za or
give us a call at 805-781-3851. Mr. Brad Stahl (he
fabricated a beautiful wind tunnel model) will be happy to fill you in on the
details. Remember, you can also take a look at our web site, www.flightsciences.net.
There’s a lot more info there (including funding and equity arrangements).
Yours Sincerely,
The Flight Sciences folks
