PIPER CUB J3C-65 PINKY • $42,000 • RARE AIRCRAFT FOR SALE • 1940 Piper Cub, it started out life as a J3F-50 and was converted to a J3C-65 in 1975. 4016 TTAF, 808 TSMOH, 697 TSTOH. Sealed struts and heavy duty forks. Recently restored and recovered and finished off in Juneau White Ranthane, most of the pink is vinyl with only small removable items painted pink. Flys great! We have been flying it at least twice a day for the last week. Come see it at Airventure. I’ll bring the log books, build pictures and a bill of sale. You bring a check book. Both mags serviced and AD complied with 210 hours ago. 252 hours since OH on a 76x53 prop. Front seats are fair, rear seat needs new upholstery. Paint is fair. It is fun and dependable to fly. Just replaced the main tires and tubes. It appears to have been use for instruction for about 600 hrs. in 1964/65. Compressions at last annual 78,72,73,76,73,72.
